This Notice reproduces in part the guidance contained IMO Circular MSC1./Circ.1432 at Annex A for the maintenance and inspection of all fire protection systems and appliances and specific guidelines applicable to testing and examination of fixed extinguishing systems (with the exception of fixed CO2 systems), foam systems and self-contained breathing apparatus on board Bermuda flagged ships. It also provides general guidelines on interpretation of this IMO Circular.
